House with four-car garage, primary bed, primary bath, living, dining, kitchen, two guest suites, laundry, sewing and crafting room, small office, and ample outdoor programmed space.
The project is a new home that allows the clients to sell their current land in the valley for commercial lease and move up the mountain for privacy and views. The clients are an aging couple who need most of the circulation via gentle ramps that engage the views and outdoors. Privacy between the bedroom suites and public spaces is emphasized so that these spaces can be one with the environment without the need for window treatment.
